I’m not a big fan of scary movies, in fact, I hate horror movies. You literally have to drag my hair into the cinemas if you really want me to come in with you. I hate it more when I watch a scary movie in my room. That’s where I did it. I watched it in my room. Not alone, of course. I’m not insane but it was on my bucket list so I dragged my friends from the dog park to watch it with me.
I have a projector in my room and brought some snacks like cherries and popcorn, so it was definitely quite cozy rather spending an “x” amount of money at the cinemas. I was actually more excited to use my projector cause I’m saving money. I’m so cheap and I love it!
We decided to pick a movie from Netflix cause we didn’t know what to watch. Anvi suggested to watch Babadook which is an Australian horror film (more thriller to be honest) and it wasn’t really scary. It didn’t take me to the edge or give me nightmares that night but there was a lot of suspense that I may have screamed a couple of times.
Other than that, I wouldn’t suggest anyone to watch it if they are after a “good” horror/ scary/ thriller movie. Nevertheless, Netflix did categorise this movie as horror so I can technically this off… and I’m a pussy so I don’t really wanna watch a real horror movie 🙂
…Give me My Little Pony episodes any day to restore my innocence, please.
I don’t have any photos cause I was too scared to take photos in the beginning but here I am writing this blog post and I wish I did! Oh well, the babadook can’t hurt me 🙂
